Grade 2
Students will observe the life cycle of a multitude of live animals including residents of Butterfly Pavilion, which exhibits living specimens of the adult and pupa stages of development. Kids will learn to differentiate the life cycles of different animals and investigate habitat requirements to support organism survival and success.
Young naturalists will leave with an understanding of the interconnectedness of living and non-living components of habitats.
