Charlotte Nature Museum is a living classroom offering workshops for all interests.
Workshops are designed to meet the developmental needs of specific age groups and are conducted in a safe and nurturing environment. Fun, nature-based topics vary, participants may tour exhibits, encounter live animals, create arts and crafts or participate in cultural activities. Many programs offer take-home information and activities to reinforce the concepts learned during the day.

Ages: Child must be age 2 by Workshop date. Adult must attend Workshop with child.
Tots discover nature inside and out as they explore all types of Museum habitats. Perfect for preparing for kindergarten.
Ages: Child must be age 3 by date of Workshop.
Adults and children have an opportunity to explore nature together. Fun, hands-on learning experiences are appropriate for the entire family.
Ages: Family Workshop
Nature detectives will explore outdoors and learn about the natural world. Perfect for preschoolers.
Ages: Child must be 4 by date of Workshop.
