- Payment, Cancellation and Confirmation
Payment in full is required three weeks prior to arrival date. Visa, American Express and MasterCard are accepted. A check with your reservation number written in the memo section is also accepted
Cancellation notice of 3 weeks is required for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a 12-month period. Changes to the reservation must be made three days prior to arrival to receive a refund.
A confirmation packet outlining reservation details and other important information will be sent to the contact person.

Can we bring a bag lunch?
Charlotte Nature Museum does not have a lunch facility available onsite. Your group may bring a bag lunch and utilize the picnic facilities at nearby Freedom Park.
When is payment due for our group outing?

What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?
In order to receive the group discount, you must purchase a minimum of 15 tickets.
Do you offer wheelchair rentals?
Wheelchairs are not available for rental at Charlotte Nature Museum.
Do you offer stroller rentals?
We do not currently offer stroller rentals but you may bring your own stroller to the Museum.
